How can I return an item through EshopWedrop?
To ensure correct tracking and processing, returns can only be arranged from the original warehouse of arrival. When you request a return, EshopWedrop will generate an invoice for the 9.98RON return service fee. After the invoice is paid, you must provide a courier return label. You can obtain this label by contacting the sender or generating it yourself. Once we receive your label, the parcel will be prepared and shipped back from the original warehouse.
