New Year, New Flagship

In an effort to create a better service for our customers we are moving Romanian operations to a new location in Sibiu! This will give us greater control over the systems and procedures put in place to ensure the swift and efficient processing and delivery of your parcels.

Transferring operations to our new location is no easy feat however, and to that end we will be temporarily suspending our service from 24th December 2021 – 3rd January 2022 to ensure a smooth transition from our old location in Bucharest to the new address in Sibiu!

What does this mean for you?

Customers will have until the 24th of December 2021 to make use of the Bucharest Flagship & Destination Warehouse; after this date the Bucharest Flagship will be permanently closed.

After 24^th of December 2021 there will be no flagship collections available and no deliveries by last mile couriers will be available until we reopen on the 3rd of January 2022.

From 3^rd of January 2022 the new Sibiu Flagship & Destination Warehouse will be operating, and collections and last mile deliveries will be available once more.

Romanian customers ordering parcels from Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States will now need to use the address listed below for Flagship collections of their parcels. Our new address in Sibiu will now facilitate the delivery of your parcels into Romania. Collection from our Sibiu Flagship will be available at your convenience; with prices starting from as little as 19.98 RON
